Throughout his career, Tim has helped Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organizations in the US, Canada, and the UK create innovation, marketing, new product, and workplace transformation programs. In the process, he’s seen how barriers to creative and productive thinking are also barriers to success — for individuals and for groups.
He speaks regularly about how to use the principles of productive thinking and creative leadership to manage change rather than be swamped by it. He shows how organizations can foster a creative working environment, stable enough to provide cultural continuity and flexible enough to adjust to rapid changes in technologies, markets, and mandates.

He has written numerous articles on enhancing creative intelligence in the workplace, and is a periodic contributor to Creativity in Action, the journal of the Creative Education Foundation. He’s a faculty member of the Creative Education Foundation, a founding director of Facilitators Without Borders, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lessing Institute, and one of the founders of Mindcamp. Tim’s new book Think Better: An Innovator’s Guide to Productive Thinking(McGraw Hill, NY) is available in bookstores everywhere.

Tim thinks the phrase “out of the box thinking” should be put back in the box and buried in a deep hole.

Last year, he keynoted at the American Creativity Association’s first international conference in Singapore. This year he will keynote at the European Conference on Creativity and Innovation in Brussels.

Aside from his company thinkx He which provides creativity and innovation training and coaching to paying clients, he am a founding director of Facilitators Without Borders which provides the same services, pro bono to communities in need.

Tim is  the founder of Mindcamp an annual creativity retreat where mostly I get to hang out with my friends from all over the world and have fun. He also participate in similar annual events in the US, Italy, South Africa, and Australia.

His book, Think Better, has been translated into 6 languages: Chinese, Korean, Thai, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish (Mexico). Translations are scheduled for German, Arabic, and Japanese.

Felicia J.
